| 1. Configure the core of the machine |
| When the VCD cards produce finish, we setup the core of the machine for SONY & SAMSUNG. If you want to setup for the SANYO one, you should to open the solder which named SET1 to SET6 on the back side of the cards. |
| 2. Connecting |
- The inner works of correct connection pass in and out the storehouse, and put the line that measures and decodes the board in place (M+,M- connect and pass in and out the storehouse motor, take video disc tray out several centimeters artificially, the video disc tray enters the storehouse to join correctly and automatically to start the machine; It takes M+,M- lone transposition to deliver from go down automatically).
The correct connection decodes the communication lines of the board and panel, IR remote control signal of connecting the panel of decoding the board exports the line; STB which decodes the board connects STB feet of panel 16312; CLK which decodes the board connects CLK feet of panel 16312; DATA which decodes the board connects DATA feet of panel 16312; +5V which decodes the board connects panel +5V; what has been decoded board GND (ground) connect panel GND.
Correct to connect board +5V, GND, +8V to decode +5V, GND, +8V of the board connect good tranliteration, video output the line to reach. |
| 3. Setup |
- Connecting wire connects the VCD machine and TV (television), turn on the VCD, TV. Several seconds later, the TV appears "Set up the remote control, please input the STOP button", press 'STOP' key of the remote controller according to the suggestion of the TV; TV turn into "Set up the remote control key: please input the 'stop backtrack' button", press 'stop backtrack' button of the remote controller according to the suggestion of the TV; it analogizes: if the button which doesn't have in the remote controller, press the button of the remote controller which still not setup, waiting for about 15 seconds then it will self-moving to jump to next. After setup all and it shows "confirm", it will self-moving to "setup the panel".
- The screen of the TV appears "set up the panel, please write input the 'STOP' button", according to the suggestion from the TV screen, press the 'STOP' button. Operating it as to operate the remote.
- set up after finishing remotely, TV displays "1:V297; 2:V32; 3:V13; 4:V58; 5:V265; 6:V63; 7:LCD; 8:NLCD; 9:NLCD3; 10:LED1; 11:LED2." Press the corresponding numerical key of remote controller to choose VFD screen, LCD liquid crystal rejected, LCD dances and reject. "11:LED2" chooses the method to be to press '10+' key of the remote controller first, and then press '1' key on the remote controller. (The back of manual has VFD screens, the liquid crystal of LCD is rejected, LCD dances the pattern rejected, for consulting while choosing).
- Unless after setup finishing the panel key, shut-down, it takes down the MPEG board JP1 on short circuit cap, turn on the machine then OK.
